Yoga leggings vs. Regular leggings

Yoga leggings have wide comfy waistband with a higher waist and heavy stitching. They’re awesome for down dogs and deep bends so that the leggings stay up on your waist..no “crack” showing unless you’re into that sort of thing. Else, wear the yoga leggings in yoga class and you won’t have to worry about that.

Regular leggings have a lower, narrower waistband than yoga leggings which is better for high intensity aerobic activities like ultimate frisbee, running, boot camp, crossfit, fighting crime, trampoline, booty shaking, lip sync battles, spelling bees, wearing under shorts or under your favorite skirt in cool weather.  Wear the right size and you’ll look fly!

Here are sizing guides which works for most folks.
Leggings do stretch with you but we don’t recommend that you order them too large; you want the waist band to be nice and snug to stay up.

Our leggings tend to run on the tall side. If you’re petite, order a smaller size.
